This Privacy Policy describes how getweb.pics handles information when you access https://www.getweb.pics, submit URLs for image extraction, browse the site, or contact the operator.

This policy applies to the website, related APIs, hosted infrastructure, and operational tooling used to deliver the service.

• Submitted URLs, extraction settings, and job metadata.
• Extraction output, including image URLs, alt text, dimensions, content type, and download status.
• Technical metadata such as IP address, request timestamps, user agent, language preference, referrer, and basic diagnostic information.
• Bot-protection and challenge signals processed through Cloudflare Turnstile, such as client IP address, browser and device characteristics, challenge outcomes, and related security telemetry.
• Security and abuse-prevention signals such as rate-limit events, blocked requests, and suspicious traffic patterns.
• Messages you send to support, abuse, legal, or privacy contact channels.

• To accept and execute extraction jobs you request.
• To deliver results back to the browser and support downloads you explicitly trigger.
• To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect infrastructure and third-party systems.
• To troubleshoot incidents, monitor uptime, and improve performance and reliability.
• To comply with legal requests, copyright complaints, fraud prevention, and record-keeping obligations.

The current version of the service uses local browser storage for non-essential interface preferences such as theme mode and placeholder authentication state.

The service may also load Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention on sensitive actions. Turnstile may rely on strictly necessary browser signals, challenge requests, and related state to distinguish human visitors from bots.

If analytics, marketing tags, or account sessions are introduced later, this policy should be updated before those features are enabled in production.

We may share data with infrastructure providers, hosting vendors, database providers, observability vendors, and security tooling only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Where bot protection is enabled, challenge-related data may be processed by Cloudflare as the provider of the Turnstile security service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to investigate abuse, or to enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information and we do not grant third parties ownership over submitted job data.

getweb.pics may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and job creation flows against bots, scripted abuse, and fraudulent traffic. Turnstile runs a browser-side challenge and may contact Cloudflare endpoints while evaluating whether the visitor appears human.

When Turnstile is active, Cloudflare may process signals such as client IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent data, browser characteristics, sitekey/origin association, and challenge outcome data for bot detection and service improvement.

If the service uses interaction-only or invisible Turnstile modes, challenge processing may occur even when a persistent checkbox is not visibly displayed on the page.

Operational data is retained only for as long as needed for service delivery, abuse prevention, debugging, analytics, backups, or compliance.

Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on operational need, legal obligation, or unresolved disputes.

Where feasible, stale data may be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized.

The service may be hosted on infrastructure located in multiple jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Where required, the operator should implement contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the deployment.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, abuse, and misuse, including rate limiting, outbound request restrictions, storage controls, and deployment hardening.

No internet-facing service can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid submitting sensitive, regulated, or confidential data through a public extractor unless you have independently verified that doing so is appropriate.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about how data is processed.

The service is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

If the operator becomes aware that data was provided in violation of applicable child privacy laws, the operator may delete it and restrict access.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, infrastructure, legal requirements, or data processing practices.
